To open an account with bhaggobd, the following requirements must be met:

• Validity: Most bonuses must be used within 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the validity period expires.
• One-time only: The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• If a withdrawal request is submitted before the bonus turnover requirement is met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

Prior to closing an account, bhaggobd will attempt to notify the member. Any valid balance will be refunded, provided the closure is not due to a breach of the Terms & Conditions.

Bhaggobd accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is affected by an internet disconnection.
• Account details are compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Payment delays caused by third-party services (mobile banking) are beyond our control.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, cyber attacks) causing service disruption.
